Include the short path

Tell us your macOS version, DAW and version, Chicken Clipper version, sample rate and the smallest sequence that reproduces the issue. For an installation or licence problem, include the exact message shown by Bitsnacks Vending Machine or the plug-in.

Screenshots are useful for display problems. Please keep licence files, account links and private keys out of attachments.

Repair an installed beta

Open Bitsnacks Vending Machine, find Chicken Clipper in Beta testing and choose Repair. Restart the host after the files are restored.

Check an expired beta

Open the product in Bitsnacks Vending Machine to see the current trial or tester status. An expired device licence keeps the project state intact while processing stays inactive.

Report a sound problem
